No retainer, no ongoing commitment — just reliable, professional support when you need it.

– Occasional ad-hoc support with no ongoing commitment.
– Ideal for short admin catch-ups, holiday cover or one-off projects.
– New ad hoc bookings have a minimum charge of one hour. Thereafter, all work is tracked and billed to the minute, with no rounding up or down.
– No long term commitment
– Tasks typically completed within 48 hours, depending on scope
– All time is carefully tracked and clearly shown on your invoice
– No hidden costs or surprise extras
Monthly Retainer
For ongoing support each month, a retainer reserves your chosen hours in advance and gives you consistent access to my support.
Your hours are reserved for you, giving you consistency, clarity and peace of mind.
