Hello, I’m Sarah

I’m a Virtual Assistant with 12 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor, followed by a career in administration, complaints management and client services.

That combination gives me a practical understanding of professional practice, as well as the organisational skills to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

I help surveyors, and property professionals get their time and headspace back, with calm dependable support behind the scenes.

As a Chartered Surveyor turned Virtual Assistant, with a Dad who was an accountant and a father-in-law was a solicitor, I know the professional services world! I understand the demands of managing fee-earning work, that is why I started Bee Efficient, to offer support that actually fits the way you work.

I live in South Oxfordshire with my husband, two sons, our dog and two cats, who consider themselves the real decision makers! Outside work, you’ll usually find me walking the dog, getting out on the water or enjoying time with family and friends. I’m also a Trustee for our local Scout group, so reliability, community and showing up properly are values I live by, not just talk about.

All of which is to say: I’m not a faceless service. I’m a real person who takes your professional work seriously, because I know how much it matters.
