Why I Started Bee Efficient

Throughout my career I’ve always been drawn to roles that involve bringing structure to busy environments.

Before moving into operational and customer service roles, I worked for twelve years as a Chartered Surveyor. That experience taught me the importance of organisation, clear communication, and managing complex workloads with precision and professionalism.

Later in my career I spent over ten years working in customer service roles, including several years handling complex complaints for a national charity. Those roles required careful organisation, empathy, clear communication, and the ability to calmly manage complicated situations.

What I realised during that time is that when things feel overwhelming, what people often need most is clarity and structure.
